Devi scaricare il suo proprietario, ovvero msi center dallo store windows.
Poi non è assolutamente vero che nel bios non puoi gestire le ventole. La conosco molto bene la tua scheda madre. Dimmi che non sai dove trovarla la sezione eventualmente! Entra nel bios, premi f7 per entrare in advanced mode, vai nella sezione hardware monitor e lì trovi tutto quello che cerchi
