Ciao, scusate se mi intrometto ma ho visto che Gabriele ha chiesto direttamente i driver al venditore, quando li hanno mandati è bastato istallarli e hai potuto utilizzare l'ampli? Perchè a me sta dando qualche problema con i driver, mi dice che sono aggiornati ma nella risoluzione dei problemi dopo aver cercato driver disponibili, mi da "problema non risolto con il driver di USB Speakers"
 
Tranquillo, su un altro forum c'è un ragazzo che ha ordinato il 29 Dicembre e ancora nisba. A me due volte è arrivato in 3 settimane, ma per esempio ad un amico sul gruppo Telegram è arrivato dopo un mese e una settimana. La spedizione sfigata può capitare.
 
Aggiorno il post col dire che ancora non ho ricevuto l'articolo e mi è arrivata una e-mail che dice:

Beh fai quel che ti dicono di fare e clicca su open dispute...
 
Ciao @Kha-Jinn cosa devo fare per estendere la protezione? Quindi se faccio open dispute chiedo il rimborso?

Sono fiducioso che arriva e quindi ho intenzione di estendere la protezione.
 
Nella pagina con i dettagli del tuo ordine dovresti trovare l'opzione "request to extend delivery date".
 
C'è il capodanno cinese, la maggior parte dei negozi cinesi per qualche giorno sono chiusi.
 
Ho inviato un messaggio al venditore chiedendo di estendere la protezione per altri 15 giorni, se non ottengo una risposta prima della scadenza apro una disputa per il rimborso e successivamente quando ricevo una risposta chiedo se possibile ricevere ancora il prodotto dato che ormai è spedito e annullare il rimborso.
