Passare a W11 potrebbe essere una soluzione?
Potresti facilmente installarla sullo slot 1X tra i due lunghi. Non so se passando a windows 11 la situazione si risolve. Se è un bug hardware la vedo difficile. Potresti sempre provare visto l'hardware recente

Ho provato a ottimizzare ma nulla, cambiamo hardware e non pensiamoci più 😂
Che caratteristiche deve avere la scheda che devo acquistare? Meglio una scheda da collegare alla scheda madre oppure una USB?

Ho montato la nuova scheda di rete, installato i driver e disabilitato quelli della scheda principale.
Avvio il test e, senza nemmeno aprire 3DMark questo è il risultato:
