Shadow of Mordor ultra (con le textures high) a 78 fps medi quando ci sono video su youtube dove gira a 110 fps medi.
Ho installato il Catalyst 14.9 e girava così anche con quello precedente, qualche idea? :/

Non guardare i video su youtube, al massimo cerca qualche benchmark e qualche test serio. Non credo proprio che possa girare a 110 fps medi di fatto.

Il benchmark è disponibile nelle opzioni direttamente in-game :)
Un video su youtube di un utente con la mia stessa identica configurazione (stessa cpu e stessa gpu) mostra 90 fps medi.

Perchè ti ho detto di guardare questi e non youtube? Non puoi mai sapere cosa combina l'utente di youtube per manomettere la realtà. La realtà è questa, 110 fps proprio no.
 
Mai basarsi su test visti su youtube, molta gente prende per il cul0 solo per vantarsi di cose inesistenti, purtroppo la matematica non è un opinione e in questo campo non ci possono essere differenze così ampie tra due prodotti identici.

For all Radeon cards we used the Catalyst 14.11.2 beta driver, which has also been updated for Far Cry 4. AMD claims up to a 50% performance increase over the Catalyst 14.11.1 beta in single-GPU scenarios with anti-aliasing enabled.
It's worth mentioning this latest beta driver doesn't support CrossFire. The CrossFire profile for Far Cry 4 is currently disabled while AMD works with Ubisoft to investigate an issue where CrossFire configurations are not performing as intended.
Getting back to Nvidia's poor performance... we can confirm that the 344.75 driver was used while Far Cry 4 has been patched to the latest version through Uplay. We asked Nvidia if the performance we saw was unusual or different to what they have seen and they have yet to reply.
As it stands, we believe AMD is getting the most out of its Radeon graphics cards in Far Cry 4and don't expect to see many performance improvements in the future, with the exception of CrossFire setups. Nvidia on the other hand have some work ahead, which is hard to believe with Far Cry 4 being Nvidia-sponsored.

Interessante, testerò di persona una volta provato far cry 4 :sisilui:

Pazienza, ho trovato il modo per giocarci...anche solo l'attivazione di un buon profilo crossfire mi va bene...
 
Ragazzi ho paura che la 290x non entri nel mio case potete aiutarmi ? Io sarei interessato per un Case Corsair Obsidian 450D o un Cooler Master 690 III....ci entra tranquillamente ? Se no potete consigliarmi qualche case bello esteticamente (non troppo "astronave") e che possa ospitare questa scheda video ? Budget è di 110€

ci entra benissimo, hanno i cassetti hard disk removibili:
corsair dal sito: Lunghezza massima GPU: 430mm
CM dal sito: VGA card length: 423 mm
 
nella mio case non entrava nemmeno a cannonate, ho dovuto piegare la lamiera :D

qualcuno sa quanto ci mettono per i nuovi driver? con i nuovi beta l'ottimizzazione non è ancora sufficiente.
 
ciao ragazzi, ho dei problemi con una r9 290 tri-x, avevo dei freeze con blocco totale del pc e il seguente riavvio forzato spegnendo l'alimentatore. succede quando vedo (o meglio sento) video di youtube e gioco a league of legends (non ho notato questo difetto con altri giochi). ho provato a switchare il bios, stesso problema, installato il fix del tweak utility shappire, si ripresenta ma meno frequentemente, i driver installati sono i 14.11 beta, cambiati, ora ho i 14.9 stabili, potrebbe essere un problema delle openGL, pensando che le fossero le ram, ho invertito i DIMM e al riavvio ho notato un blackscreen, dopo aver riaceso il pc, shappire trix tweak utility mi avverte di aver diagnosticato un problema con le openGl non recenti, e mi chiedeva di aggiornale, assolutamente subito fatto. invertito lo slot pci, ora vediamo. Prima del crash /freeze il pc streccha l'audio dei video e del gioco, se tutto va bene meno di un secondo riprende a elaborare, se va male, il gioco si blocca insieme al resto del sistema.
