Allora, riletto tutto il post e visti altri forum e dopo un paio di giri mi sono accorto che c'è una bella differenza tra quello che è successo a me e il tuo problema, ovvero nel mio caso (ho avuto un culo bestiale) il bios si è bloccato dopo aver "cancellato" l'immagine precedente e mentre era pronto nel caricare la nuova rom, infatti è bastato seguire la procedura Istant Flash con USB che il processo è andatano avanti senza problemi, infatti ho ri controllato tutti gli errori che mi dava la mobo e quelli finali e sono diversi dal tuo.
Nel tuo caso,
il bios di base è il 1.40 come da foto chip(come la mia mobo), mentre tu avevi il 1.80? sei sicuro? avevi prima di questo fatto altri aggiornamenti del bios?

I'm pretty sure that a new bios chip version that is earlier than the 2.00 version will fix your problem.

What caused the problem?
- You flashed using a newer Ivy Bridge bios that seems to cause many problems when you are using a Sandy Bridge cpu.
- ASRock's bios flashing instructions are inadequate because many owners do the same thing that you did.
Ask them to send you replacement bios chips that will be compatible with your 2500K Sandy Bridge cpu.
They should send you one or two pre-flashed bios chips for free."
Quindi, il problema sembrerebbe il bios che è attualmente in uso dopo il reset dovrebbe essere il 1.40 non riconosce la CPU e quindi si blocca dando l'errore 4F, il pc lo hai assemblato tu?
La soluzione a mio parere può essere duplice sciolti i vari dubbi,
1) se hai un amico o un conoscente con una CPU Ivy provi ad inserirla e vedi se va avanti e riesci a flashare il nuovo bios;
2) nel post c'è il link per accedere al modulo di supporto e come scritto sopra apri un ticket per farti inviare il chip con un bios di base che sia compatibile con la tua attuale CPU(sempre se la tua è realmente una Sandy).
