ragazzi io ho da cambiare la mobo forse..(ora la crosshair 4 di asus)..leggo nella vostra preview che la 890fx asrock supporta gli 8 core cioè Buldozer????:D

Certo,conta che comunque sono le prime mainboard socket am3+ con chipset amd 890FX+SB850(che ovviamente erano già presenti con il socket am3),io aspetterei anche le main con i chipset amd 990+SB950 e i derivati per vedere come si comportano(che dovrebbero sfruttare al meglio le nuove cpu)
 
si bhe lo chiedevo solamente perchè ho un pò di problemi all'avvio e mi hanno detto che potrebbe essere la mobo..a breve infatti porto tutto in assitenza..e volevo avere le idee chiare in caso dovessi cambiare proprio la mobo (cosa che non spero)..
 
Per me si tratta quasi di "inutilware"... IMHO un processore di prossima generazione non potrà esprimersi al meglio sulle piattaforme AMD 8xx, come hai d'altronde già fatto rilevare tu, ofzanni.
Asrock è famosa per il suo... "Frankensteinware"! (Definizione ancora migliore di queste schede...) :lol: Cioè di schede con chipset vecchi che supportano processori nuovi (come in questo caso) o anche il contrario, chipset nuovi che supportano processori vecchi (Asrock ha in listino una scheda P67 con socket 1156, e addirittura schede socket 754 o 939 con chipset AMD 785G, e sono solo alcuni esempi).

La mia non era mica una critica alla qualità di Asrock, che specie recentemente è cresciuta molto... Semplicemente un po' di ironia su queste proposte un po' bizzarre. ;)
 
Quando la maggioranza si adegua, il "bizzarro" diventa "normale"... :asd:

Evidentemente i produttori reputano valido l'accoppiamento Bulldozer + chipset serie 800 (e 700, addirittura), dunque si sono accodati tutti ad Asrock.
In un primo momento queste schede mi parevano un po' della serie di quelle che a volte fa Asrock: esempio recente, la P67 Transformer, una scheda P67 con socket 1156 per cpu di precedente generazione. "Frankensteinware" le ho chiamate, perché mescolano elementi di diverse generazioni (come le schede 785G e 790GX con socket 939 e addirittura la scheda 760G con socket 754, altri esempi).
Invece il socket AM3+ è cosa ben diversa, a quanto pare. ;) :)

Però ribadisco anche che se non si ha fretta sarebbe bene attendere l'uscita di questi nuovi processori e delle nuove piattaforme. Prendere una socket AM3+ adesso e scoprire che forse sarebbe meglio cambiare anche la scheda madre, passando a Bulldozer, non è proprio una bella faccenda... Viceversa, si potrà scoprire che la differenza magari non è molta, e dunque può convenire prendere una AM3+; ma, ripeto, è meglio attendere il momento in cui AMD scoprirà le sue carte.

Credo sia la più saggia delle decisioni.
E' chiaro che in questo momento i produttori si stanno adeguando dal punto di vista meccanico, quel piedino in più dei buldozer sul socket AM3+ servirà ben a fare qualcosa e/o ad attivare delle specifiche dei futuri chipset 900, che probabilmente (anzi certamente) non sono presenti nemmeno negli attuali 890x, figuriamoci in quelli più vecchi. Ma si sa la pubblicità è l'anima del commercio e consumare fa parte del gioco.... meditate gente....meditate...

sono uscite, in Germania, delle MSI con chipset 9xx AM3+, con tutte le funzionalità previste.
Da qualche giorno sono negli shop tedeschi (ordinabili o presenti boh), qualcuno ha info su quando si potrebbero trovare in Italia?
