PROBLEMA Scheda audio a singhiozzi

Buongiorno a tutti, belli e brutti,

Negli ultimi mesi sto avendo problemi con la riproduzione audio del mio pc, mi spiego meglio.
In fase di carico (esecuzione di giochi come Fifa o programmi pesanti) si verificano freeeze o ritardi importanti in uscita audio.
Ho provato a scrivere a Focusrite, mi hanno dato supporto ma abbiamo constatato che, anche se il problema si verifica solo con la scheda audio esterna e non con quella interna, non è dovuto da essa.

Utilizzando LatencyMon ho verificato che il problema potrebbe derivare da alcuni driver che non riesco a riparare. Ho anche provato a ripristinare completamente Windows ed aggiornare Bios ma anche se inizialmente il problema sembrava risolto a distanza di una settimana è tornato a verificarsi, che sia un problema di driver male aggiornati?
Riuscite a darmi supporto?

Ciao. Hai una versione vecchiotta di windows dovresti aggiornarla ad una versione successiva. Hai aggiornato a versione recente il BIOS ma comunque aggiorna tutti i drivers dal sito Asus:

Ho rimosso Armoury Crate e reinstallato i Driver Asus scaricati dal sito ufficiale.
Ho anche aggiornato nuovamente il bios ma da ancora problemi.
