ha due ventole una posteriore e un anteriore.

Comunque ho cambiato la pasta termica e sto tenendo sotto controllo le temperature con HWMONITOR lascio anche uno screen che ho appena fatto (pc appena avviato, con sistema operativo appena installato e senza driver)

Sisi ovviamente l'alimentatore nuovo è già montato, appena finisce il test ram, posto uno screen anche di quello e poi provo a vedere con HWinfo64

Se non ricordo male la modalità IDE è compatibile con XP; non so se sia questo il problema, ma direi di rifare l'installazione.
ho risolto seguendo una guida qui sul forum e ho messo in modalità AHCI ora è un po che non presenta nessun tipo di problemi ora mi sto installando 3dmark per fare dei test e vedere come si comporta, il report di winfo64 come lo vedi?

Fatto, scusami non lo sapevo, comunque ho fatto lo screen alla scheda memory di CPUZ:

PS: Ho fatto dei test con 3dMark e per ora sembra non avere problemi...
PS2: L'unica cosa è che la ventola del dissipatore è sempre ai giri quasi massimi (dissipatore stock)

La CPU (AMD FX 4100) con la rx 580 fa da bottleneck esageratamente?

si farà bottleneck, metti screen pure delle schermate cpu e spd, la ram sta a 1060mhz (DRAM frequenzy 530x2)
vedi sul bios se puoi settarla a 1600

Quando apri hwinfo seleziona " sensors only". Lascialo aperto, fai partire 3dmark e poi posta uno screen con le temperature.

strano le ram sono 2 da 1600mhz, prova a settare pue le latenze (cas) e voltaggio, e metti lo screen scheda SPD di cpuz
