Di preciso non ti so dire, sono stati molto vaghi. A quanto pare era un problema di isolamento. Hanno fatto un controllo con un "
Extech TG20 Wire Tracer/Tone Generator" e hanno appunto parlato di un isolamento basso sulla "linea secondari".
Penso da quanto ho letto che si tratti del collegamento armadio/abitazione..
ok. penso proprio ti abbiano fatto un cambio coppia.
strumenti come quello solitamente li usano per individuare quale coppia è la tua in chiostrina e/o in armadio.
per la verifica dell'isolamento invece va usato un tester a parte.
la linea secondaria è la tratta che va dall'armadio a casa tua.

Niente.. ora ho pure disconnessioni, anzi, "disallineamenti", nei giorni feriali (eg ieri e stamattina). Ho chiamato il tecnico che ha fatto le sue prove direttamente sui cavi della presa principale e lui dice che potrebbe essere il router (cosa che non penso visto che lo avevo cambiato apposta perché avevo problemi).
Ha detto di provare a rimettere su quello vecchio e vedere come va.... sigh..

Ho chiamato il tecnico che ha fatto le sue prove direttamente sui cavi della presa principale e lui dice che potrebbe essere il router (cosa che non penso visto che lo avevo cambiato apposta perché avevo problemi).
Ha detto di provare a rimettere su quello vecchio e vedere come va.... sigh..
allora, andando per esclusione, si torna alla tesi originaria dei problemi al dslam.
prova con l'altro router, ma mi permetto di dubitare che così facendo si risolva qualcosa.

Niente, non ho avuto risultati di sorta. Il tecnico mi ha detto di chiedere un monitoraggio della linea quando vedo che crasha, perché lui connettendosi da centrale "a campione" vede che la linea è buona (chiaro, se mi salta ogni tanto soprattutto la mattina e nei weekend).
Inoltre segnalo che il router per la seconda volta in due mesi si "resetta" da solo: perde i dati salvati su come connettersi al mio provider.
E' sintomo di un malfunzionamento secondo voi?

1) ok. prova e vedi cosa fanno.
2) è strano che il modem perda i dati. forse è un bug software o chissà. che modello è?
se vuoi toglierti il dubbio del modem, magari chiedi a qualcuno che conosci di prestartene uno e vedi se pure con quello hai disconnessioni.

2) non mi sembra che abbia problemi nel salvataggio. chssà cosa può essere.
ha la registrazione del log su usb? se si, metti una pendrive usb, così quando si resetta da solo possiamo vedere dal log cosa è successo.
se no, non ho idee.

Non ho mai attivato la registrazione Log su Usb.. magari smanetto un po poi in caso ti faccio sapere.

magari questo può essere utile per vedere disconnessioni o errori, ma, in caso di reset non puoi vedere cosa sia successo visto che è salvato sul modem e al reset si perdono tutti i dati.
