I have a r9 390 and today I noticed that when I watch videos on youtube or streams on twitch (doesn't matter if they are fullscreen or not), at a certain point during the "video" the GPU usage goes to 100%, along with memory usage and core clock, and these parameters stay there at 100% (increasing the GPU temp up to 95 °C) till I change tab or pause the video, and as soon as I do one or the other the GPU usage and the other two parameters go back to normal values. If the video or stream is playing on another tab nothing happens. I had never noticed this behaviour before, and this is really strange since I pay a lot of attention to temperatures, so I assume this started recently, or even today: the strange thing is that I did not change anything in my system. I tried using various versions of Radeon Settings (I am currently on 19.7.1 but I tried the latest 19.7.3) and I am using MSI Afterburner 4.6.1. I already tried disabling hardware accelleration on Chrome, but nothing changed. I tried on Chrome and on Firefox and the problem is there in both browsers. The GPU is not overclocked or anything else.
