@luigidavino secondo te ho fatto bene a segnare al 187 il problema del wifi 2.4ghz? E' stato un'odissea, alla fine sono riuscito a farmi prenotare la visita del tecnico entro 48h. Mi hanno assicurato che se dovesse essere solo un problema hw del modem (cioè wifi 2.4ghz fritto), me lo cambia gratis e senza pagare l'intervento. Speriamo bene boh... Ma a qualcuno col sercomm è successo una roba del genere?

Dovresti chiedere a chi ha il tuo stesso modem.

Non sempre scrivono realmente come stanno le cose, ma concordo con te che è lodevole il loro impegno nel fornire risposte celeri a tutti. ;)

Vai sotto status, event log vedi li.
 
Saranno efficienti ma da come scrivono non c'è tanto da fidarsi :asd: quattro spazi e lettera minuscola per iniziare la frase, "pero in qualche raro caso" forse intendono l'albero delle pere :D "si presentera"...

A chi hai dovuto fare reclamo per ricevere questa comunicazione?
Comunque io oggi ho chiamato al 1949 e una operatrice mi ha avvisato che il mio è un guasto di zona che coinvolge 17 utenze(E quindi si presume che non sia un problema che riguarda l'armadio visto che nel mio sono l'unico), e che per domani è stato programmato un intervento tecnico. Non so se queste affermazioni siano vere ma almeno lo spero...

Fai un reset del modem alle imp di fabbrica, oltre alle disattivazioni continue del wifi vedo anche però delle cadute di linea...

Dici il reset sul retro da tenere premuto più di 5 secondi? Eh l'ho fatto io manualmente 3-4 volte ieri e 2 volte oggi. L'ha pure fatto l'operatore 187 da remoto. Nisba. Via cavo funziona perfettamente, il wifi 5ghz idem. E' proprio il wifi 2.4ghz che non viene visto dai dispositivi
