You will need: Crysis 2 and either Crysis 1, Crysis WARHEAD or Crysis WARS (pick one)
What to do (for this example I will be using Crysis 1):
1. Go to the "game" folder in your Crysis 1 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Game)
2. Find the file called "Textures.pak"
3. Make a copy of textures.pak to somewhere else (desktop, for example)
4. Rename textures.pak to textures.rar
5. Extract the file using WINRAR (right click -> extract files...)
6. You should now have a FOLDER on your desktop called "Textures"
7. Copy this new Textures folder to Crysis 2's "game" folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis 2\gamecrysis2) Note that in Crysis 2 the "game" folder is called "gamecrysis2"
8. You are done. Note that this will only replace terrain textures, not objects textures
EDIT:
Ive heard you could also try out Rygels textures.. if youre brave enough to use them ( in the same way as it was described earlier) you could increase the ground texture quality even more.
