Win32.AdvertMen cosa fare?

dopo una scansione con spybot search & destroy continua a rimanere questo file : Win32.AdvertMen
ho saputo che è un trojan
qualcuno saprebbe dirmi come eliminarlo definitivamente visto che mi riappare continuamente?:muro:

Non è un virus x fortuna...prova a metterlo cmq in quarantena e eliminalo da li...(penso tu sappia la dir di dove si trova).
E se la sai prova aggiungendo il file al tritatutto si Spybot...!:ok:
