Non ho fatto nulla,sembra si sia risolto da solo,in casi di wholesale non credo ci siano soluzioni,se non andare in ull con altro operatore

Mi è stato nuovamente mandato un tecnico Sirti che non ha rilevato problemi

Testando da server come linux mint e ubuntu non supera i 250 Kb/s.
