[PROBLEMA] Blue Screen

Buonasera, vorrei il vostro aiuto per un Blue Screen 1040 che da qualche giorno sta tempestando il mio portatile Asus, quasi mai usato. Compaiono così, a caso, con cadenza diversa, magari anche dopo qualche giorno. Su questo computer non ho installato nulla, perché lo utilizzavo a scuola per studiare e fare la tesina, basta. Non ha altri programmi né giochi. Ora che il mio fisso è rotto, ho pensato di riutilizzarlo. I primi giorni tutto ok, poi mi ha dato problemi di Blue Screen. Ho disinstallato Avast, visto che molti lo ritenevano una possibile causa, ho usato il programma BlueScreenWiew e mi ha reportato questo:

Questo è l'ultimo crash che mi ha reportato, come potete vedere anche dalla schermata. Ho utilizzato anche programmi come CCleaner, nulla. Metto le mani in avanti, non conosco nessuno che mi potrebbe aiutare per guardarlo e non ho nemmeno i fondi necessari per portarlo a vedere da un informatico in negozio ed le mie conoscenze in questo ambito sono abbastanza limitate. Ho fatto questi test leggendo le vostre discussioni per trovare una soluzione, io spero vivamente che non sia la RAM e che siano dei maledetti driver che sono facilmente reperibili, perché ripeto, io non posso permettermi di portarlo a riparare.
Mi piacerebbe sapere se è recuperabile in qualche modo, intanto vi ringrazio anticipatamente per l'aiuto.

NB: Il computer è stato preso usato, è un HP Pavilion dv6

Ccleaner a volte cancella anche parti del registro che non andrebbero toccate. Su 7 è difficile che appaia da solo...sicura che non sia un malware? Comunque con i blue screen le soluzioni sono spesso pochissime, a formattazione è l'unica...

Quindi da quell'allegato non potete vedere che problema ho?
Come posso vedere se è un malware? Io non sono capace di fare una formattazione, come si fa?
A questo punto disinstallo CCleaner, nella mia ignoranza pensavo che fosse il programma giusto!

Comunque grazie per la risposta

NB: Sto facendo andare Malwarebytes, mi è stato consigliato tempo fa per il fatto dei Malware, ma se ne avete uno migliore da dirmi lo scarico senza problemi.
Perdonate la mia ignoranza in questa materia, ma proprio non riesco a farmi amici i pc! :P

Dunque, prova ad aggiornare il driver della scheda di rete.
Se hai problemi posta il modello esatto del tuo pc e le caratteristiche precise (ram, cpu ecc)

Beh, adesso provo ad aggiornare quei driver e vediamo se risolve tutto... Se è un fatto di ram come posso fare? E' un portatile e non saprei come smontarlo.

E se poi provo a riformattarlo e reinstallare tutto con il disco? Al massimo, come ultima sponda? Si risolverebbe qualcosa?

No sono umano e non appartengo a nessuna azienda informatica sono un semplice studente univ. tra l'altro di una materia lontana anni luce dall'informatica. Il programma l'ho provato e ha risolto un probema con i driver sul mio fisso con win 7 che avevo da più di 2 anni (driver bus, non mi leggeva la connessione via cavo e il driver non lo trovava nè windows nè lo installava quando lo scaricavo manualmente), per cui lo consiglio, a me ha risolto perfettamente...se è vietato comunque non lo consiglierò più.


Elena_95 potresti provare a formattare e reinstallare da 0 ma perderesti tutti i dati se non li hai salvati da qualche parte in una memoria esterna.

Va bene, vedo di testare il driver e se mi si ripresenta quella schermata blu lo riporto qui nuovamente. Intanto vi ringrazio per la pazienza.
Non è un problema per me riformattare, ho tutto l'importante già esportato su dispositivi come USB e CD, quindi possono anche svuotarlo ma di mio faccio sempre delle doppie copie dei miei file in caso di avvenimenti tipo questi.

Se è la RAM, eventualmente, devo per forza portarlo a riparare in negozio? E' l'ultima cosa che vorrei fare.

No non devi per forza portarlo dovrebbe avere un sportellino dietro che svitando una semplice vite si apre e sfili le ram,poi in base al tuo modello le ordini arrivano a casa e le sostituisci e risparmi un po di soldi,sono cose che puoi fare anke da te,aggiorna i driver e prova cerca di aggiornare tutto il pc controlla con driver booster che va bene aggiorna i driver e non crea problemi,l'unica pecca di quel programma e che non rileva altri driver di cose esterne,poi c'è chi lo usa e chi non lo usa....come in tutto ad esempio c'è a chi piace le bionde e chi le castane,scherzo speriamo che risolvi almeno eviti di formattare anke se è molto tempo che non lo fai dai una bella ripulita facendola vedi tu

Guarda, io di sportellini non ne vedo, sarà che io non ho dimestichezza!
Allora, ho provato ad aggiornare i driver ma stranamente i Blue Screen erano aumentati, sempre dello stesso tipo. Allora cosa ho fatto, ho salvato tutte le cose importanti, ho formattato ( fatto ieri ) e non appena ho finito ho reinstallato Windows e tutto. Ho lasciato il pc acceso tutto il giorno per vedere se mi dava ancora quel maledetto BSOD ma... Nulla! Sono cessati, è da quando ho formattato che non ne escono! Quindi che era... Driver? Malware? Boh! Al massimo se si ripresentano,magari più avanti rispondo sempre in questa discussione perché sinceramente non credevo fosse per la RAM, è nuovo alla fine ( quasi, ma è stato utilizzato pochissimo! )...
Comunque ci tenevo a ringraziarvi perché siete stati di una gentilezza immensa così come per pazienza. Se escono di nuovo vi avviso!
