PROBLEMA Portatile si blocca completamente dopo W10

Buonasera a tutti, vi descrivo il mio problema che mi fa sclerare. All'inizio di maggio ho fatto upgrade da w 8.1 home a w10.

Prime due settimane tutto ok. Poi all'improvviso il portatile (ASUS F550C) inizia a bloccarsi completamente,di preciso il puntatore del mouse e di conseguenza l'intera schermata + tastiera.Anche aspettando 1 ora non sono riuscito a muovere il puntatore, e di conseguenza unica via d'uscita è quella di spegnere il portatile.Ho provato ad aggiornare i driver del toucpad,a chiudere e riaprire il coperchio,ho controllato gli eventi del sistema (trovato niente),ho fatto scansioni con vari antivirus ma il problema persiste ancora.

Ho pensato di tornare indietro a w8.1 ma oramai è troppo tardi.
Aiutatemi per favore ,non so più cosa fare :help:


PS: ho accesso adesso il portatile nella speranza di fare qualcosa e, già nella schermata di benvenuto di w10 devo spegnere.
 
Sono già passati 30 gg?
se si , se il tuo portatile ha una partizione di ripristino , dopo aver salvato tutti i tuoi dati su supporto esterno ( perchè li perderai) , puoi fare un reset di fabbrica : xk nasceva con w8.1 no? O altro ?

in alternativa se hai la chiave di 8.1 ( prova a guardare sotto al portatile ) , scarichi la ISO dal sito MS ( cerca media creation tool Windows 8.1) e installi pulito 8.1 ( perdendo i dati )
 
Infatti è una prova. Purtroppo in questi casi vai avanti a prove. Tedioso ma è così. Oppure formatti che è la cosa migliore.
 
NapaCapo: Ho provato ad aggiornare tutti i driver e mi ha installato Elan trouchpad e Realtek che prima non c'erano. Il touchpad funziona meglio ed è aumentata la qualità audio, e il volume è quasi raddoppiato :party:

Penso che il problema stava nel driver del touchpad,però bisogna vedere come si comporta nei prossimi giorni.



Balle Spaziali: il portatile aveva già w8.1(la chiave non c'era sotto il portatile), poi ho installato ubuntu 14.10 in modalità dual boot. Per l'installazione pulita dovrei fare i salti mortali: eliminare ubuntu poi passare a fare backup.


Federico83: circa una settimana fa mi è apparsa un schermata blu con WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Quale sarebbe la causa di questo errore? Oggi ho fatto il test dal prompt con sfc/scannow e non mi ha rilevato niente.

Altro problema è quello della temperatura elevata : possibile che usando skype si raggiungono queste temperature?La pasta termica si può usare sui portatili?

controlla tra la cartelle nascoste se c'è tipo windows.old oppure windows~BT sempre tra quelle nascoste...
 
Grazie per avermi dato le indicazioni per trovare la chiave. Adesso,prima di fare di fare una installazione pulita di 8.1/10 (li ho scaricati entrambi poi dovrò scegliere quale installare) vorrei risolvere il problema di WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

Se il problema è la temperatura allora cosa si potrebbe fare?

sembrano essere i driver della scheda video prova con ddu a rimuoverli e installare i più recenti
