I have to ask you two questions, is it important for my video card as indicated in the title thread to use a 2k or 4k monitor? For now I have a fullhd 60 hz, obviously it is not suitable, I need a few months for a right monitor.

Full HD 60 is fine and dandy nothing wrong with that
GPU will scale to whatever you want to set it at
If it is in the Display setting selections it will work and tell you what should be optimal setting for the Monitor
I use a 4K 60Hz with a AMD Radeon RX 6800 GPU and any of these should work.
Right monitor for what purpose? What are the rest of PC specs where that monitor is going to be used?
For gaming? for work? Do you have preferences like monitor size? panel type? color accuracy?

I'm sorry but you didn't fully answer my questions, okay anyway, in another forum they told me that my gpu works better with a 2k 144 hz or 165 hz. For them this would be more balanced.
It's not that it doesn't work well with fullhd, it just doesn't work as it should with fullhd at 60 hz.

Well the main difference is how often the image is replaced on the screen with a 60Hz it is replaced 60 times a second with a 120Hz it is replace 120 times a second.
Hz also affects your True FPS in game you can run a game at 200 FPS on a 60 Hz monitor but it will only actually do 60 FPS on a 120Hz Monitor you will only get 120 FPS
GPU may be puttin out 200 FPS but due to the Refresh rate you will only really be gettin 120fps
You Monitor is what gives how many FPS you actually get Higher the Refresh rate the higher your actual or True FPS
Image quality on a 60hz 1080p is the same as on an 120Hz or 240Hz monitor.

Not better will not make a difference to Video card but will look nicer for you more detail sharper images more True FPS with a higher refresh rate. 120 Hz would most likely be best fit as you GPU would not really manage 244 FPS @1440 on most modern AAA titles but should manage 120FPS quite nicely depending on Detail level.
Poi abbiamo discusso dei tipi di monitor che potrei usare e la differenza tra IPS e VA, ovviamente solo monitor MSI che cmq non sono assolutamente male.

I was also thinking about a fullhd but at 165 hz, I think maybe, just maybe, it's better not to make my video card suffer.

1080 is a poor resolution for such modern hardware, you should get at least x1440,
( for 4k res. think will be too small for 27 inch. )
