dubbio hd per ps3

devo cambiare l'hd della ps3.
pensavo di prendere uno scorpion blue, e guardando i vari modelli, sono indeciso tra la serie WD-BPVT e la serie WD-BEVT.
cosa cambia tra le due ?

forse ho trovato la differenza:
"the only difference between BEVT and BPVT is that BPVT is in Advanced Format which means the sectors on the disk are 4096 bytes instead of 512. This is due to capacity reasons and increases the available HD size by 7 to 11% depending on the size. with my 1TB WD10TPVT i have noticed some performance increases even compared to a Seagate 7200rpm drive."

solo che non riesco a comprendere bene quali sono le prestazioni che aumenta.
qualcuno lo riesce a capire ?
