Salve gente!cerco aiuto...!!!!!

Q: This is my problem.
I can't modify clock multiplier...no overclock is possible.
bios is the latest version and support ivy bridge cpu (k series) but
Clock multiplier is stopped to 39
With sandy bridge k cpu theres no problem and multiplier go over 50...
A: Thank you for your kindly mail and inquiry. About the issue you mentioned, due to CPU clock ratio is AWARD BIOS limitation, we are sorry that it cannot be adjusted more than x39 multiplier. Meanwhile, the overclock result will depend on your peripheral devices, and the hardware overall performance. It might cause the system/hardwares cannot accept your overclock settings, and we will not guarantee any result caused by system overclocking. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Regards,
GIGABYTE
R: Sorry?Yes i know it's a bios problem...this is clearly obvious...but the the problem dates back to 2012 ... I've seen and read in various international forums ... but I wonder how Gigabyte can not or do not want to solve it.Award problem?not my problem!
UEFI?
In your site is expressly written that the BIOS f7 version full supports Ivy Bridge or not? my i7 3770K is not limiting in OC, .... nor is the rest of my hardware.
the problem is your bios software.not?
z77 is the only solution for me .. I get it .. but then I want my money back because the mobo does not work as it should. It's not my fault...again.
this is the best way to lose customers
this is the second gigabyte's mobo purchased by me and if this is your support .. will be the last
regards
