:oops:Confermo di avere lo stesso problema, dopo aver aggiornato a W 8.1 PRO, diverse applicazioni non funzionano tra queste STORE, SKYPE, MAIL, CONTATTI, CALENDARIO, METEO, NEWS etc. I programmi miei precedentemente installati funzionano.

Here are a few that seemed to have help some people with this issue before:
1) Please run the following in a Command Window to re-register the Store app:
"powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml"
2)
http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/archive/2013/10/11/what-to-do-if-your-windows-8-modern-app-fails-to-start.aspx
3) From an elevated CMD you can run "sfc /scannow
4) Check that the file C:\Windows\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml exists and that the contents are:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Package xmlns="
http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/2010/manifest">

5) You can create another user account and see if the issue is the same for that user.
There are just a few things to try that I have found helped other people.
