Buongiorno ragazzi, qualche settimana fà ho comprato Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (da Steam), l'ho quindi subito installato ed avviato per un controllo e funzionava perfettamente...ieri sera però quando ero finalmente pronto ad iniziarlo appena avviato mi dà l'errore: "Xenoverse 2 ha smesso di funzionare" con schermo nero nello sfondo.
Giusto per darvi un idea:
-Il gioco è originale (Steam, appunto)
-La mia rete internet va benissimo
-Il mio PC dovrebbe reggerlo più che bene
-Ho provato a disintallare e reinstallare il gioco ma dà sempre lo stesso errore
-Dovrei aver installato tutte le ultime directx più importanti
Come potete leggere dovrei avere tutto in regola, non capisco quindi questo errore, come potrei risolvere?

Potresti provare a verificare l'integrita' del gioco usando steam stesso.

Basta che vai sulla libreria di steam, vai su dragonball, tasto destro, proprieta', sezione file locali e poi "verifica integrita' file di gioco".

Allora, ho fatto la verifica d'integrità ed arriva tranquillamente al 100% senza dare problemi ("Tutti i file sono stati convalidati"), tra l'altro ho provato più volte a disintallare e reinstallare il gioco quindi questo dovrebbe confermare che non sia un problema di integrità.
Comunque come già ti ho detto il PC è nuovo di zecca e bello potente, riesce tranquillamente a far girare giochi del calibro di Quatum Break e The Withcer 3, ed è per questo che proprio non capisco perché non mi stia funzionando Xenoverse 2.
Ad ogni modo questa è la configurazione, nel caso ti servisse:

Non vorrei arrivare a contattare l'assistenza Steam/Bandai Namco perché la faccenda si farebbe sicuramente lunga.

Comunque la cosa che mi fà arrabbiare è che fino a una settimana fa partiva perfettamente, non mi vengono in mente programmi strani che abbia installato nel frattempo e che potrebbero portare Xenoverse 2 al malfunzionamento perciò non capisco proprio perché non parta e dia quest'errore.
Ehm cancella tutto, non si capisce nulla
