Windows XP - installation problem

I have a problem.
When the computer turns viewpoints boot screen and then restarts.
I tried a DOS but when you press R, the computer is restarted, or throw a blue error ... 0x0000000A .... or 0x00000004
same thing we put out when I want to install Windows.

changed my RAM, CD-ROM, CD of Windows .. but still the same ..

and test with Windiag and all succeeded (green)
