PROBLEMA \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe errore 0xc0000001

Salve, ieri volevo formattare il PC ma tutto il giorno non sono riuscito a risolvere il problema.
Praticamente quando avvio la chiavetta dal Boot Selector, fa "Windows loading files" con la barra di caricamento.
Dopo che finisce il caricamento mi dice :

Windows Boot Manager

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance

File : \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe

Status: 0xc0000001

Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt

Da come descrivi il problema, evidentemente quel file si è danneggiato/corrotto ed al caricamento dello stesso vedi spuntare l'errore. Io personalmente proverei a rifare la chiavetta formattandola prima ovviamente, dopo di chè con il tool ufficiale della Microsoft e un'immagine pulita (iso) di Windows 7 rifai la pen drive senza fare ulteriori operazioni. Incominciamo da questa prova, almeno possiamo escludere o meno un problema alla chiavetta o iso.
