PROBLEMA Windows 10 si riavvia quando il PC è IDLE

Buonasera,
è da alcuni giorni che sto sperimentando questo problema. Come lascio il PC acceso senza far niente, di solito anche per 10 minuti circa, si riavvia da solo andando in crash. Usando whocrashed ho scoperto le seguenti cose:

Non so quale possono essere le cause. Crystaldisk mi da che gli HDD sono in buono stato. Intelburn l'ho eseguito alcuni giorni fa e mi ha dato un responso positivo, ora mi manca solo di fare il memtest per scrupolo, perché per me è più una cosa dovuta a problemi di software che hardware, non so che ne pensate.
Cosa posso fare?

Ho lasciato Memtest tutta la notte e ancora va avanti, sono 12 ore. Mi ha scritto sotto No Error, pass complete, press esc to exit. Che faccio? Ha completato 2 passaggi. Sempre che abbia usato bene il programma, perché qualcuno dice che bisogna fare memoria per memoria, chi dice che bisogna tenerlo solo tante ore acceso. Voi che dite?

Vi descrivo un altro comportamento bizzarro. Quando lascio i joypad attaccati al PC, questi non va in idle (non si spegne lo schermo, screen saver ecc,) e il PC non si riavvia posso lasciarlo acceso ore. Un reset generale, con formattazione, potrebbe aiutare?
Crystaldisk è ok.

hai fatto qualche modifica hardware? tipo pulizia e spostato pezzi dentro al case?

si si se non ci sono errori stoppa

disinstalla i driver del controller e prova a tenerlo staccato. e vedi se il problema persiste

Non lo so se mi fa schermata blu, perché trovavo il computer riavviato. Ora magari lo lascio acceso e controllo. Non ho cambiato nessun pezzo hardware.

fai una cosa saggia. prova a rimuovere le ram e reinserirle dopo averle soffiato sui contatti
