Trovo la stampante su i dispositivi ma quando vado a stampare non la trovo

Buongiorno,
volevo collegare una stampante hp laserjet 1102 al mio pc con sistema operativo Windows 10 ...

Ora quando l'ho agganciata il sistema la riconosciuta visto che su i dispositivi su pannello di controllo lo vedo ma... quando vado a stampare non stampa e se scorro sulle stampanti a disposizione al momento della stampa non la trovo!

Come posso risolvere?

Segui questo procedimento:

1. Chiudi tutti i programmi, soprattutto quelli con cui devi avviare la stampa
2. Scarica i driver ufficiali Driver hp laserjet pro p1102
3. Una volta conclusa l'installazione avvia il software con cui devi stampare

Il problema e' che mi da questa dicitura e non essendo proprio ferrato in inglese cosa dovrei fare??

Che non ci sono i driver per winodws 10 32bit..

Quindi e' impossibile in pratica installarla?

Che sistema operativo hai? Architettura? Se hai Windows 10 a 32 bit, non ha molto senso, inizierei a formattare per mettere a 64 bit.
Per la stampante, probabilmente ti vanno bene anche i driver per windows 8 o windows 7

Ho Windows 10pro a 32 bit, quindi cosa dovrei fare?

il top sarebbe formattare e reinstallare windows 10 64bit per avere compatibilità con tutti i nuovi driver

Buongiorno, sinceramente non ne sarei capace... e poi dovrei reinstallare tutti i programmi ... se provo a scaricare i driver della stampante per windows 8 ho qualche probabilita'?

sì prova, dovrebbe andare, se ci sono a 32bit
