ciao a tutti,ultimamente mi si riavvia il pc per questo errore di schermata blu,,succede quasi sempre quando chiudo chrome o raramente se esco da un gioco, ho già provato a reinstallare i driver ma dopo un pò di tempo il problema si ripete..cosa posso fare per risolvere?? devo formattare tutto???

Questi errori sono sicuramente causati da drivers difettosi, vai in modalità provvisoria ed installa tutti i driver del computer aggiornati se l'hai già fatto prova con quelli un po vecchi, puoi utilizzare anche Driver Reviver da ReviverSoft per aggiornare automaticamente tutti i tuoi driver, se il problema se verifica ancora allora hai un problema software e non hardware, prova anche a fare una scansione con malwarebytes alla ricerca di virus o altre anomalie ma dubito che sia quello il problema.

Puoi provare a testare le ram con Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool, ma è una eccezione più rara generalmente accompagnata da freeze del sistema.

Può anche avere un problema al filesystem di windows che possono avere eventuali errori, quindi fai uno scandisk approfondito, quindi apri il prompt dei comandi esegui come amministratore e digita chkdsk c: /f /r

Insomma, controlla tutto e vai per eccezione fammi sapere.

Hai fatto un controllo di ogni banco di ram con Memtest estesa di 2 ripetizioni ? e ti consiglio di farlo per tutta la notte.

Hai aggiornato il driver della GPU all'ultima versione ?

ciao scusa per il ritardo!! cmq si ho fatto i test della ram ma non ha trovato nessun errore...anche la gpu è aggiornata.....guarda non so piu che fare...tu cosa dici?? mi resta solo che formattare tutto?? grazie

Salve; non so se potrò esserti d'aiuto, ma ci provo. Accadeva anche a me che entro in rete con una chiavina della TRE: il tempo di entrare, aprire chrome e ..... blu, profondo blu.
Sembra che abbia risolto disinstallando i driver della chiave e reinstallandoli (mai più rivisto il bluscreen).
Per il gioco non so cosa dirti: prova a disinstallare il gioco, se non sei molto avanti (altrimenti salva il punto dove sei) e reinstallalo (poi reinserisci i punti avanti detti) ma prima di tutto cercherei drivers aggiornati della scheda video.
Non ho la più pallida idea di cosa altro dirti, spero basti quanto sopra.

Io terrei come ultima soluzione la formattazione, anche perché se non ne un problema software e anche se formatti quanto vuoi ti verrà lo stesso la schermata blu in futuro, avendo già eseguito ad scaricare tutti i driver più aggiornati per il computer temo che non sia un problema software ma potrebbe essere hardware, ma non ne detto può darsi che il file system sia danneggiato e con una formattazione risolveresti il problema si spera, ma prima di farlo prova a testare la scheda video segui questa guida Come testare scheda video | Salvatore Aranzulla

Un'ultima cosa prova per sicurezza anche a togliere tutti i dispositivi esterni connessi al computer se ce li hai, se non prova ad aggiornarli magari anche loro possono dare dei problemi.

provato anche il test della scheda video ma zero errori...bah per ora attendo se mai appena mi fa l'errore della schermata blu faccio un foto e la posto qua..intanto grazie mille :ok:
