Salve a tutti, mi sono appena iscritto per chiedere un parere, da stamattina ho dei problemi con il mio hp pavillion g6 dove é installato windows 7, dopo aver acceso il dispositivo irrompe una schermata nera con scritto "hard disk non trovato errore 3f0" cosa mai successa prima. Lo riavvio, ma stavolta dopo qualche secondo dall'accensione compare una schermata blu e il notebook si spegne, la schermata blu dice:

ho provato svariate volte a riavviarlo ma nulla, ho fatto il test sull'hard disk con risultato "hard disk not exist". Essendo che non posso eseguire nessuna operazione poiché il notebook si spegne immediatamente, ho acceso il dispositivo in modalità provvisoria (che fortunatamente funziona perfettamente) ho cercato il file memory dump per capire dove sta il problema ma il file non c'é, sono andato nel registro e nella sezione "crashcontrol" ho inserito il comando "Always create a memory dump file" ma nulla, nelle successive schermate blu c'é la scritta "physical memory dump failed" quindi nulla da fare, ho provato a staccare e riattacare l'hd ma nulla di fatto.
C'é qualcuno che ha avuto il medesimo problema o che conosce una possibile soluzione, perdonate la lunghezza del testo ma volevo essere il più preciso possibile.
