PROBLEMA Schermata blu causato da ntoskrnl.exe

Salve a tutti, è la terza volta che, dal nulla, mi compare la solita schermata blu della morte.
La prima volta non ricordo come (avvenuta molto tempo fa'), le ultime due invece più recentemente mentre aprivo itunes e selezionavo una canzone.
Ho fatto un po' di ricerche è ho scaricato BlueScreemView e vi posto i risultati:

Il mio è un PC portatile della Packard Bell modello EasyNote TK85 con processore Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M380 @2.53GHz 2.53GHz e una memoria RAM da 4gb.

Per favore aiutatemi, non so cosa fare!

riavvia il pc e dal menu di scelta rapida devi selezionare la chiavetta i tasto che ti permette di far questo ti appare per qualche istante in basso nella schermata di bios oppure dimmi il modello di scheda madre che cerchiamo come farlo

Ho riavviato il pc e nella menu sono andato nella sezione Boot e li mi rivela la chiavetta collegata al pc, ma quando vado per premere invio non succede nulla... sbaglio io sezione oppure non sono riuscito ad applicare il programma nella chiavetta?

di solito con i tasti + e meno si può editare l'ordine di boot scarica speccy e dimmi il nome corretto della scheda madre che vediamo come fare apparire il quick boot così da partire diretto da pennina... potrebbe essere f11 ma non ne sono sicuro
