Salve a tutti!Da qualche giorno ho il seguente problema:quando arresto win7 spesso mi appare una schermata blu con errori relativi per lo più al file classpnp.sys,altre volte invece al posto di spegnersi il pc si riavvia.I problemi li ho solo in fase di spegnimento,mentre durante l'avvio e l'utilizzo va tutto senza problemi,inoltre ciò avviene da quando sono passato da Vista a 7.
Vi riporto qualche informazione sperando possa tornare utile:
1)tutto è iniziato con un problema immagino alla scheda video,avevo lasciato il pc acceso e tornando lo schermo si era spento,ho riacceso ma il sistema nn si avviava emettendo gli odiosi "beep".Ho quindi tolto la scheda video, l'ho rimontata,ed è partito.
2)eseguendo l'analisi su hard disk mi risulta questo problema:"Purtroppo il vostro prodotto Seagate ha fallito un importante test diagnostico, probabilmente a causa di settori con problemi di lettura. Seagate raccomanda l’uso di SeaTools per DOS, che ha la capacità di risolvere molti problemi relativi ai settori. SeaTools per DOS può salvarvi dall’inconveniente e dal tempo morto causato dalla sostituzione del dispositivo"
Anche se che io ricordi questo errore me lo dava anche prima,senza però che si presentassero problemi

Che prove mi consigliate di fare per cercare di risalire alla causa del problema?Vorrei capire se tutto può essere dovuto a questioni di driver o è proprio un problema hardware e soprattutto non comprare componenti per tentativi ed eventualmente andare più o meno a colpo sicuro:D

Che prove mi consigliate di fare per cercare di risalire alla causa del problema?Vorrei capire se tutto può essere dovuto a questioni di driver o è proprio un problema hardware e soprattutto non comprare componenti per tentativi ed eventualmente andare più o meno a colpo sicuro:D
