PROBLEMA Sbalzo di Ping

Buongiorno a tutti, mi sono iscritto a questo forum speranzoso di trovare una soluzione a questo problema che mi assilla da mesi ormai. Come da titolo il problema è un aumento impressionante di ping mentre gioco online con la ps3. Premetto che come linea ho teletu e come router un dgn 2200. In tutti questi giorni tra chiamate ai tecnici teletu e interventi miei sul router ne ho fatte di ogni. I tecnici ovviamente mi dicono che la linea non ha alcun problema.... :grat: Io invece ho provato a aprire le porte sia in entrata che in uscita, mettere ip statici ai dispositivi collegati, inserire l'indirizzo ip nella DMZ e persino selezionare la apertura delle porte NAT dal router. Ho cambiato l'MTU da 1500 a 1432...non so davvero piu che fare!!!!

Giochi online e ti fai teletu come connessione ?? sei il re dei masochisti allora !! ahahahah Teletu non va affatto bene per giocare online è gia troppo che con teletu riesci a navigare figuriamoci giocare online con la ps3 che hanno filtri in ogni posto impensabile contro il p2p e questo tipo di applicazioni ??

Scherzi a parte comincia a postare i dati di snr e attenuazione e data rate della tua connessione , sono nelle statistiche della connessione nella pagina iniziale del modem

poi fai un tracert su maya e posta tutto qua

Purtroppo hai ragione ma ho sempre avuto teletu e fino a non molto tempo fa andava anche abbastanza bene..non ho mai avuto una connessione pazzesca ma riuscivo comunque a giocare!! Comunque ti ringrazio per la risposta e oggi a pranzo quando torno dal lavoro posto i dati che mi hai chiesto!! Volevo pero chiederti come fare i tracert su maya perche non avendo mai avuto problemi simili non me ne intendo di certe operazioni!!!!!

se hai Windows7 o Windows XP devi aprire il prompt del dos e digitare : tracert maya.ngi.it
ovviamente quando fai questo test non deve esserci nulla che usa internet tranne il prompt altrimenti ti sfalsa il risultato

Con Teletu se sei fortunato hai un ping di 50-55 ms

Ok ti ringrazio! fra non molto vado a casa per pranzo e posto tutto quanto!!! Per il ping hai ragione...ogni tanto lo speed test come risultato migliore ottenevo 40 ms/45 ms...ma è stato proprio il record dei record...altrimenti sono sui 70-80-90 e oltre...naturalmente non parlando dei momenti in cui si blocca tutto e arriva a 2000 ms!! :muro:

Hai un profilo a 12db e sinceramente mi pare strano che non agganci di più di cosi , prova a chiedere a teletu se ti mettono il profilo della 7mega perché 284kb con quei valori non sono corretti purtroppo , una volta che ti mettono la 7mega allora riposta i valori , non vorrei che ti avessero messo quello schifo di portante proprio perché hanno la dslam satura e visto che sei in ADSL1 si spiegherebbe anche il ping ballerino , se non se il tuo modem ha il telnet attivo potresti provare a calare l snr da te e vedere a quanto si assesta la linea

Andrea innanzitutto ti ringrazio per la risposta..ma devi perdonarmi ma sinceramente ho capito un gran poco!! :hihi: Prima cosa cosa dovrei chiedere a quelli di teletu? Perche ho un appuntamento telefonico fissato a domani sera con un tecnico quindi potrei chiedere direttamente a lui domani!!! seconda cosa per il router io ho un netgear dgn 2200...come faccio a sapere se ha il telnet? Cosa dovrei fare nel caso ci fosse?

Dai rates (4512 - 284 kbps) si evince che la tua linea è attestata su un profilo 4 mega, probabilmente deriva da un contratto che la allora Tele 2 proponeva qualche anno fa.
Nei momenti in cui rilevi gli sbalzi, lancia da DOS un ping -t maya.ngi.it, verifica se nell'arco di 1 o 2 minuti si verificano sbalzi significativi di ping (per interrompere ctrl + c)
Sbalzi molto accentuati spesso sono sintomo di saturazione degli apparati in centrale, puoi controllare preventivamente lo stato della centrale a cui sei collegato; nella schermata che ti appare risultano semafori gialli o rossi?

solo con connessioni a 1 giga hai ping uguale a 0 quindi credo che lo speed test non ha fatto il test proprio :3 cmq per il test io consiglio sempre test.ngi.it

Ciao keloz domani visto che devo sentire un tecnico della teletu le farò presente questo fatto della connessione a 4 mega!! Per quanto riguarda il test del ping durante i momenti in cui mi si blocca tutto quanto il ping varia dai 1800 ai 2000 ms!!

Aggiornamento di pochi minuti fa: chiamata con tecnico teletu terminata e alla domanda di come mai non ho attivo il profilo a 7 mega ma a 4 mega mi è stato detto che sulla mia linea è impossibile avere la 7 mega perche non sarebbe stabile e il contratto prevede una linea stabile (cosa che comunque non è neanche a 4) quindi loro sono obbligati a tenermi quella da 4!! Ovviamente il problema non è stato risolto in quanto è "riuscito" a controllare in remoto le impostazioni di base del router e stop dicendo che questo è nelle sue competenze e che ora se occorre interverranno i tecnici della centrale...cose che ho sentito milioni di volte ma che mai ha funzionato!!!! Che palllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!! :muro:

Verifica con telecom e guarda da quanti mega sei coperto Verifica Copertura ADSL e FIBRA OTTICA | Telecom Italia

Per Tiscali e Indostrada devono dare l ok per la copertura a 20mega , se ti dicono che sei a 7mega sei in wholesale
