Hi, i'm asking for help in order to understand if my new smartphone has an issue or not.

Is there anybody else having Realme 11 pro+ (200MP camera)?

Do you also have this optical defect? See attached jpg.

this sample is 12,5MP, but it's the same (even worse, of course) with 50MP and 200MP shots, and also in RAW format

Shot is done in full sun light, with careful focusing, AI disabled. Several shots done, all identical.

thankyou very much!

Are you using a camera lens protector?

Did you try to clean the camera lenses with a microfiber cloth?
Did you try another camera app to take pictures?

The issue was there from the start? Or it happened after an update? Because im prone towards two options. Defect or a bugged system update.

The issue was there from the start. I bought the smartphone 2 weeks ago.
So in your opinion It Is not a standard behaviour? I bought It from Amazon, maybe It Is better to change It...

I add One other sample (i sent It also to realme service)

It's not. It's a defect or a bad system update. Some defected S23/S23 Plus phones coming from the factories in Vietnam for example, had the "banana gate" problem where in the pictures you could see a banana shaped blur coming out https://www.androidheadlines.com/wp...-galaxy-S23-camera-focusing-problem-bug-5.jpg

At this point you can chat with Realme to ask them what to do.. by going in their official website realme.com then clicking in the support menu and you find the chat.

Or you can simply just refund the phone and buy something else. If i were you, i would not wait for a system patch by Realme, because chinese manufacturers are super bad at fixing stuff, neither they are quick at releasing patches like Apple, Samsung or Google.

Ask Realme what to do, eventually refund the phone.

Grazie! E soprattutto scusate l'inglese 🥹.
