quale cpu posso montare?

ciao regà se volessi montare una cpu piu performante sul mio pc, soket 939 cosa mi consigliereste?
esiste un dual core, (penso si chiamino cosi') x questa soket??
attualmente ho un amt athlon 3500+ 64.
devo guardare solo la soket o ci sono anche altre cose da guardare??
 
con everest mi dice nome della scheda madre sconosciuto, è fornita dalla packard bell e mi dice solo che è una orion
