Problema con trojan

salve a tutti
avrei urgente bisogno di una mano da parte vostra grazie in anticipo.

ecco il problema

ho beccato un virus col nome " trojan.clicker.bomka.a" e il nome del fichier e
"kaboom.dll".
il mio antivirus bitdefender vers.9 lo a bloccato senza crearmi problemi al pc,
ma non riesco ad eliminarlo, ho provato con ad-aware se ma quando arriva a quel trojan si blocca e non finisce la scansione, eppure sia bitdefender che ad-aware sono messi a giorno.
mi dice che questo kaboom.dll e installato sul systeme32, ho guardato ma non lo vedo.

mi date una mano a farmi capire cosa e, e come posso eliminarlo, per far si che il mio ad-aware funzioni come prima.
ho fatto anche una scansione con il MicrosoftAntiSpywareInstall e lui non trova niente , proprio niente.
fatemi sapere qualcosa , cosa puo provocare nel pc questo trojan?
e datemi una mano per poterlo togliere definitivamente.

tutto fatto

nessun antivirus mi rileva questo virus,

ma e sempre li, e quando faccio partire ad-aware a un certo punto arriva una finestra del mio antivirus che dice " trojan.clicker.bomka.a", e ad-aware non avanza piu sembra bloccato. che fare? perche si blocca?e perche l'antivirus non trova niente e ad-aware lo trova e si blocca?

Nelle istruzioni di Recovery.. oltre a consigliarti il loro antivirus, esiste una procedura per cancellarlo, scaricando un recovery tools da loro...

"Download an emergency copy of SAV32CLI. On an uninfected Windows computer, run this file to extract the contents into a SAV32CLI folder on a medium that can be write-protected. Copy the SAV32CLI folder produced onto a medium that can be write-protected. Add any relevant IDEs to this folder and write-protect the disk (on a CD/R or CD/RW close the session).
Restart the computer in Safe Mode. Go to Start|Shut Down. Select 'Restart' from the dropdown list and click 'OK'. Windows will restart. Press F8 when you see the following text at the bottom of the screen "For troubleshooting and advanced startup options for Windows 2000, press F8". In the Windows 2000 Advanced Options Menu, select the third option 'Safe Mode with Command Prompt'.
At the infected computer, place the CD in the CD drive (D: in this example). At the command prompt type

D:

to access the CD drive. Type:
CD SAV32CLI

Then type:
SAV32CLI -REMOVE -P=C:\LOGFILE.TXT

to remove the Trojan.
Before leaving Safe Mode, edit any registry entries mentioned in the Trojan analysis recovery instructions. If problems persist, contact support. "
P.s. Non conosco questo antivirus, quindi non sò se funziona, ma è l'unica cosa che ho trovato..:nod:

ti ringrazio per l'informazione ma non mi fido molto, (visto il precedente), e strano che nessun antivirus piu famoso a trovato niente e questa firma ha la soluzione? non sartanno stati loro a inviare questo virus? ma !!!!!!!!!!!!!
e meglio cercare altro.

prima dici di non conoscere questo antivirus, e ora lo difendi?
mi sembra molto strano.

Non conoscere l'antivirus Sophos è normale,visto che un prodotto specifico per le aziende.Dubitarne dell'efficacia può essere altrettanto normale.Non fidarsi invece è abbastanza ridicolo... :chupachup

Riavvia in modalità provvisoria, rendi visibili file e cartelle nascosti da esplora risorse ( strumenti>opzioni cartella>visualizzazione, metti il segno di spunta a “visualizza file e cartelle nascosti”), cerca ed elimina i seguenti file:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\kaboom.dll
Pulisci tutti i file temporanei di windows e di IE, cookies, svuota cestino. Per questo scaricati CCleaner
Controlla da pannello di controllo, installazioni\applicazioni che non vi siano programmi non installati da te.

ho fatto adesso una scansione col mio antivirus aggiorato a oggi, e non trova niente.

ma se faccio una scansione con ad-aware lui arriva fino a un certo punto mi esce questa finestra col nome " trojan.clicker.bomka.a"e ad aware non avanza piu.
ora ripeto il mio concetto

1° perche l'antivirus non trova piu niente

2° e piu importante perche ad-awre anche lui aggiornato si blocca in qul punto?

3° perche questi 2 file

non li trovo?

..hai provato ad impostare : "visualizza file e cartelle nascoste" quando vai in : cerca > file e cartelle > *dll ?

dimenticavo ho fatto uno scan anche con un programma che mi hanno suggerito cioé ( a-squared ) ma anche lui non ha trovato niente.lo conoscete questo programma ? e buono?

Se hai fatto tutto quello che ti è stato detto e quei files non li trovi più ... nel 99% delle probabilità non hai più nulla di cui preoccuparti ... :nod:
