Problema con linea ads telecom

Ciao a tutti
sono fausto ed da un po' di tempo ho problemi con la mia linea adsl...
disconnessioni lentezza e molto altro.
premettendo che avevo una 7 mega, ma dopo aver chiamato la telecom mi hanno downgradato a :
Line rate - upstream: 320 Kbps
Line rate - downstream: 3712 Kbps

il problema è che la linea è più stabile adesso; ma è veramente lenta... un ping mostruoso (io pratico gaming online 80 quando va bene)



ma ho notato nelle mie statistiche adsl di avere qualche valore sballato

Con un'attenuazione cosi alta mi sa che oltre non puoi andare , sia come banda che come ping.
Devi essere abbastanza lontano dalla centrale , almeno 3 km o più.
Io sono a 400-500 metri dalla centrale e ho questi dati:
Prova a fare un test sul ping http://www.pingtest.net/

ciao da quello che so la centrale è a max 1.5 km di distanza, non saprei forse un sovraffollamento nell'armadio ?
oppure un problema di cablaggio della mia linea telefonica ?

cmq da quello che dice pingtest dovrei pingare 61 a milano ma non è vero perchè già a firenze pingo molto di +

Singolare il fatto che l'attenuazione vari così tanto, chiama il 187 tecnico e segnala il problema, secondo me c'è qualche problema di ossidazione o morsetti stretti male in qualche armadio su strada o nel distributore/chiostrina che ti serve.

si ci avevo pensato pure io, infatti ora farò controllare sia il primario che il secondario, facendomi spostare anche di slot
cmq non so se ci hai fatto caso, ma ho un casino di errori hec, secondo te da cosa può dipendere ?

Da qualcosa in centrale o anche dai problemi che ti ho citato sopra... è fondamentale che ti controllino per bene la linea.
