Power On By PS/2 Keyboard [Disabled]
Allows you to disable the Power On by PS/2 keyboard function or set specific keys
on the PS/2 keyboard to turn on the system. This feature requires an ATX power
supply that provides at least 1A on the +5VSB lead.

(preso dal manuale della rampage formula, non ricordo quale delle 3 è precisamente ma esiste in quasi tutte le schede madri e nei bios aggiornati è solitamente impostata su on) e, coma da supporto ASUS, attiva quella funzione di simil fake_boot quando viene tolta l'alimentazione principale al pc prova a vedere i settaggi del bios;)
