PROBLEMA Non parte GTA IV

Buonasera, queste sera ho acquistato GTA IV -> https://www.instant-gaming.com/it/354-comprare-key-steam-grand-theft-auto-iv-complete-edition/
sotto forma di chiave per la piattaforma STEAM, l'ho installato.

Quando premo sul bottono per far partire il gioco su steam (tasto "GIOCA") mi da questo errore --> Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
