ciao anch'io ho lo stesso problema con il virus "mswinvks.exe". ho fatto la scansione con HIJACKTHIS, il log file è il seguente:

prima di tutto grazie mille per aiutare quelli come me che non ne capiscono molto di pc.

infatti anche io ho lo stesso problema.

avvio il pc e mi compare una finestra che chiede se eseguire o salvare il file " mswinvks.exe".

ho scaricato il programma HijackThis ma non penso dover selezionare tutti i file da fixare.


vi invio il log.

Avvia Hijackthis e clicca su "do a system scan only"

Buonasera a tutti voi, mi son iscritto x cercar di risolvere anch io questo problemino con mswinvks...ho fatta la scansione con hijack, applicazioni chiuse, disconnesso da internet !! Grazie anticipate!
 
Ciao Simon_LeBaron, apri SpyBot in modalità avanzata (menù modalità - avanzata) poi vai in utilità - resident e togli la spunta a TeaTimer.

Con tutte le applicazioni chiuse e disconnesso da internet
Avvia Hijackthis e clicca su "do a system scan only"
Metti la spunta a queste voci e clicca su "fix checked"

oook, faccio subito, Jean Grey!! grazie x la pronta risposta! ma una volta tolto Tea Timer, devo far la scansione con SpyBot? e poi nuovamente Hijack? o son già a posto cosi, solo disattivando il Tea?? Thanks
 
Il teatimer lo devi disattivare prima di fixare le voci con hijackthis, altrimenti renderesti vano il lavoro, dopo il riavvio puoi anche riattivarlo.

PS. Io lo lascerei disattivato e basta :asd:
 
ah ok, allora se mi dici di lasciarlo disattivato, faccio cosi!! anche perchè vedo spesso nel Task Manager che il Tea mi prende tanta memoria!! x il resto tutto ok? o devo postar il mio log nell'apposito thread x un controllo generale? Grazie Mademoiselle!
 
Dunque, per prima cosa scegli quale antivirus tenere tra Avast e Antivir
disinstalla l'altro con l'apposita utility

Antivir. Download di supporto

Scarica e installa l'ultima versione di Adobe Reader o, meglio ancora, un lettore PDF alternativo (PDF X-Change Viewer, FoxIT Reader, SumatraPDF)

Da questa pagina scarica la versione Offline di Java e installala.

Aggiorna Adobe FlashPlayer:

  1. Scarica il programma di disinstallazione di FlashPlayer
  2. Scarica l'ultima versione di FlashPlayer per IE
  3. Scarica l'ultima versione di FlashPlayer non per IE
  4. Chiudi tutti i browser (IE, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, etc)
  5. Esegui il programma di disinstallazione scaricato al punto 1.
  6. Esegui il programma di installazione scaricato al punto 2.
  7. Esegui il programma di installazione scaricato al punto 3.
Infine aggiorna il sistema operativo con il SP3

ok, ora seguirò i tuoi consigli, solo un paio di domande:
- tra Antivir e Avast, quale è meglio tenere?
- ma il SP3 non mi appesantisce un casino il sistema??
