Informazioni sull'installazione e compatibilita' con altre MODS

Installation Instructions

Just extract the “Combat Animation Enhancement" folder from the .rar, and put it in the “Modules” folder (e.g., My Computer > C Drive > Program Files > Mount&Blade Warband > Modules). You can then select the mod from the drop-down menu to play Native with the new animations.


To use these animations with other modules

To use these animations with a module other than Native, you need to replace the "skeletons.brf" file in CommonRes with the "skeletons.brf" file from the Combat Animation Enhancement (CAE) mod folder. You then need to copy the "actions.txt" from the CAE folder, and use it to replace the "actions.txt" from whichever module you want to play with the new animations.

So first, open the CommonRes folder (in the Mount&Blade Warband folder), and make a backup of the "skeletons.brf" file that's in there. Next, open the Resource folder in the Combat Animation Enhancement module folder, copy the file "skeletons.brf" from there and paste it into the CommonRes folder. Then, copy the "actions.txt" from the Combat Animation Enhancement folder, and paste it into whichever mod's folder you want to use the animations with.

Please note, I do not recommend that you do this for multiplayer mod. If you add my animations to a multiplayer mod, you'll create a mismatch in hit-detection between you and the server, because hit-detection is partly based on the animations. If you want the animations in a multiplayer mod, you can always suggest it to developers of that particular mod and they can contact me about it.

GP: So what are some of Taleworlds' future developments? I'm assuming work has already begun on Mount & Blade 3.

AY: We want to continue the Mount & Blade franchise and we will definitely have a third game but there are no official announcements. But in due time we will come up with something.


GP: What do you hope to see go into Mount & Blade 3?

AY: One of the things we want to do is go over the basic technology and we want to make it even more mod friendly and accessible. But apart from this, there are lots of ideas we are thinking about — but there are a lot of things we have yet to cover.

We currently don't have a family system in game, perhaps we could add that along with some other things. That is somewhere we can go.

There are lots of things but I can't say for sure.

AY: Doing a different time period using the engine is definitely a possibility.

There is one game that has been developed for the Eastern European market using the Mount & Blade engine called With Fire and Sword. It was made by our Russian partner, Snowberry. They are now working on translating the game into English and expanding on it for other markets. We don't know how it will go but we hope it will do well.

They showed us the feasibility of using the Mount & Blade engine for other games.

...Questa MOD e' vecchiotta, e' stata aperta a Natale 2009 inserendo la possibilita' di indossare abiti di BAbboNAtale e usare al posto delle armi un bastone di zucchero, palle di neve e palle di vetro dell'albero di natale...

...poi il modder si e' lasciato prendere un po dalla mano e ha creato questa asssurda ma divertentisima parodia sul Natale...:rolleyes:

...Grazie ad Astinus sono venuto a conoscenza di questo plug-in, ottimo per chi e' stanco della grafica spartana della mappa del MOD cRPG/Strategus...

E' un plug-in per firofox che rende la navigazione nello strategus moooolto più comoda, visto che oltre ad essere tutto più bello, permette pure di impostare filtri.

Ne esiste uno simile pure per la pagina del cRPG ma al momento ve lo sconsiglio perchè ha dei problemi a visualizzare i messaggi dei comandanti che sono cose fondamentali per le battaglie dello strategus

- Remodeled and retextured every uniform, sword and gun

- Heavily edited troops' equipment
- Fixed the crash to desktop whenever playing with Hanover
- Changed the title screen to represent the new items
- Switched the musket melee animations from two-handers to polearms

- Gave all troops the choice between waistcoats and uniforms
- Completely overhauled the custom battle troops (although they're still unfinished, since I ran out of ideas)
- Added new faction, complete with new flag, uniforms and everything else you'd expect
- You can no longer move while reloading

- Minor item rebalancing

- Removed French carabinier cuirasses
- Replaced Swedish cuirassiers with adelsfanan cavalry

...vista la complessita' dei movimenti dell'arcere, a prima vista sembra che scoccare una freccia dopo l'altra richieda piu' tempo, pero' non avendo provato la mod non si puo' dire...
...resta il fatto che anche questa nuova animazione a m piace un sacco... :D

...Riguardo il down di stamattina del forum TW, sede della comunity internazionale che gira intorno a M&B e a Warband ho trovato questa news sul sito MOUNTFANBLADE che probabilmente conferma che il problema e' piu' grave del previsto:...
