Conoscete qualche programma in grado di valutare velocità di traffico up e down in TEMPO REALE?
E magari con i parziali di assegnazione ai vari processi?

Se non ricordo male con netlimiter potevi farlo.
E pure limitare la banda per ogni singolo processo.
