Buongiorno ragazzi,
è da giorni che provo ad installare la libreria di Pandas tramite pip ma non riesco, mi riporta sempre due errori 3.9.13.
Non capisco cosa sbaglio.. ho aggiornato pip pure ma ancora non mi importa la libreria.
Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

- il primo errore che non trova il modulo
