Insegnatemi a fare i bench (ed a leggerli)

Allora ho da poco cambiato monitor, skeda video e occa il processore.
Ho crysis, far cry 2, x3, World in conflict.
Ho fraps e 3d mark vantage.
Spiegatemi ora come, cosa devo fare per fare dei bench e capire se l'hardware da i risultati attesi.
Come settare vantage per avere un valore confrontabile?

Ok dopo faccio una run sotto perfomance e posto i risultati.
Per quel che riguarda Cryisi come posso ottenere un valore di media degli fps?
 
Ok intanto 3d mark vantage:

3d mark score: P9996
CPU score: 5593
Graphics score: 13553

Quello che voglio capire è se la scheda madre o qualcosa altro sta bloccando la potenza della GPU o se le prestazioni sono accettabili.

Se come dite voi la scheda madre è un grosso tappo (il 50% di blocco sarebbe tragico) posso pensare di cambiarla.

Fai un 3D Mark 06,è più facile interpretare i risultati.
Comunque con l'Advance puoi comparare il tuo risultato con altre configurazioni simili.
 
Comunque hai scelto una pessima configurazione hardware,dato che è risaputo che le ATI X2 non digeriscono molto i chipset Nvidia,e che quella scheda madre ha il PCI-Ex 1.0 che limita le prestazioni della X2.
Il processore a 3,2ghz è invece OK.
