Help Infostrada 20 Mega

Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo e sono da poco passato ad infostrada 20 Mega, e con i vari test della velocità raggiungo al max i 5 Mb in download.....
Ora mi chiedo è possibile che vada così lento?
al call center mi dicono che sono troppo distante circa 2km....
C'è qualcuno di Voi che mi può aiutare a capire se i valori del modem sono corretti se ci sono disturbi? o mi devo rassegnare?

Dall'attenuazione sembri più distante di 2km
Sei al limite SNR e agganci la portante massima che il disturbo sulla linea ti permette (attorno ai 5mb)
Prova a staccare tutti i filtri ed i telefoni ed a collegare il router alla prima presa, se la situazione non migliora ho paura ci sia poco da fare

ho già provato ad attaccare il router alla presa princibale ma niente... stessi risultati......
Una domanda da inesperto.... ma potrebbe essere un problema del modem che non aggancia bene? non dovrebbe esserci scritto Adsl2+ nel report sopra postato?

Non è un problema di modem secondo me, sei lontano dalla centrale e la linea è disturbata... puoi provarne un altro per sicurezza ma dubito che otterrai risultati migliori

Ciao a tutti, ho Infostrada col piano "Tutto incluso". Navigo fino ad 8 mega.

Vorrei passare ai 20 Mega ma ho paura di prendere un bidone colossale.

Ora vi chiedo come faccio ad avere i dati della mia linea come in "quote"?

Naturalmente mi servono per sapere se mi conviene fare l'upgrade.
