PROBLEMA Errore critico Filezilla

Salve a tutti, stavo provando a connettermi al server ftp tramite file zilla come sempre, ma da un giorno all'altro mia da un errore critico (allego sotto debug completo), ma ad altre persone funziona correttamente, e le credenziali sono corrette. Qualcuno ha qualche idea?

mi sembra chiaro, credenziali non corrette, stai usando l'utente tbcftp80 verifica che utente e password siano corretti

secondo filezilla no... il log è chiaro
prova a andare da file-gestione siti e registra tutti i dati di nuovo

Ci ho provato ma ancora niente, possibile qualche errore nella configurazione?

il server ftp potrebbe avere una whitelist di ip accettati.
Ad esempio aruba devi abilitare l'ip del client.
Oppure è finito nella blacklist.

Se sei sicuro che quell'account sia attivo ed abilitato e che altri con lo stesso user e password accedono, allora prova a configurare il client ftp su un altro pc/smartphone e vedi se funziona. Magari prova da rete mobile

Ho provato da mobile senza wifi e ancora niente, nel mentre ho chiesto per vedere il discorso blacklist/whitelist. C'è altro che io possa fare/provare?

se cambiando dispositivo e rete il problema persiste, lato client poco puoi fare
