PROBLEMA Driver mancanti o non compatibili con win 8.1

Ciao a tutti, da poco ho formattato il mio Toshiba satellite l850-1pd e ho reinstallato windows 8.1 (l'os originale era pesante e sporco di programmi inutili)
Non so per quale motivo win update non mi rileva automaticamente i driver aggiornati, fatto sta che sto installando i vari driver manualmente usando programmi appositi.
Non riesco però ad installare questi seguenti driver:

Se scarico l'installer (hpus_n9beb6dc7032f.exe) sembra che crasha o comunque non inizia l'installazione.
Altri driver come ad esempio il bluetooth mi creano problemi.
Come posso risolvere?? forse c'è un incompatibilità con Windows 8.1????
