PROBLEMA Dispositivi sconosciuti

Da un paio di giorni sono comparsi questi due "dispositivi" in gestione dispositivi, ma non riesco a capire cosa sono? Anche cercando in rete non riesco a trovare una soluzione... qualcuno sa di cosa si tratta?

Guarda sulle proprietá e copia ID Hardware

sono i driver del bluetooth , vai sul sito del produttore del tuo pc, cerca i download per il tuo modello ed aggiornali

C'ho provato a installare di nuovo i driver, ma il problema non si risolve...

Questi dispositivi si trovano nel pc Dell, Lenovo, HP, asus ecc

Con gli installer dei driver di WLAN + BT per Win10 ver. 1909 scaricati dal sito ufficiale.
Ho provato a fare il ripristino, a cancellare e reinstallare da capo, ma rimane tutto uguale...

Il pc è un assemblato. La scheda madre con wifi+bt integrato è la Gigabyte Z390 Designare.

Ci ho riprovato per scrupolo, ma nulla... rimane tutto com'è e non ho nessun problema ad utilizzare il BT.
