Dell Raid controller configuration

We are facing the problem in dell server, which is having Dual Hard disk and configured in Raid controller. one of the hard drive led is not glowing and we are not able to configure raid setup via booting. we need to fix this issue and make this hard drive as a redundant to another as soon as possible. we are looking for your support.
