Ho crash e reboot, "credo" legati a problemi di voltaggio della cpu ma non so
Il fatto è che se forzo 1.45 v con ryzen master il sistema è più stabile, ho avuto diversi giorni di piena stabilità, ero tornato ache al settaggio default (dove il voltaggio restava a 1.45 e il sesto core era sempre attivo)
Ma oggi ho riacceso, il voltaggio andava su e giù e mi ricominciano i crash
Avevo già aggiornato windows (ora aggiornerò con altri update degli ultimi giorni) ho aggiornato chipset, ora ho aggiornato il bios ma non vedo differenze
Il sistema operativo sta su ssd quello piccolo che metti diretto su scheda madre, ho un hard disk normale da 1t per i file
Non ho particolarmente toccato i settaggi bios, ho messo cool and quiet e messo ram a 3000, boh

Ho un coolermaster per la cpu che si monta con la pinza del cacchio, magari preme troppo, mi ha anche spillato la pasta, può essere?
Ribadisco che i crash accadono in idle o comunque frequenze cpu basse, non ho avuto mai nessun crash nel bios o in avvio

allora, ho tolto settaggi ram visto che atx o come si chiama non è supportato... adesso va a 2400...? Stando alle istruzioni del sito del produttore dovrebbe settarsi da sola boh
l'analisi ram di windows non segnala problemi
Dopo 5-6 reboot e quei due blue screen adesso mi è tornato il settaggio default a 1.4+ volt di base e cpu credo in overclock a 4200, core numero 6 sempre al massimo (4200) e gli altri che vanno anche in sleep durante idle.
Perchè ho perso questo settaggio? E'un settaggio normale avere il sesto core sempre che tira?
Temperatura sui 40-45 in idle, è normale per ryzen? Ah giusto case be quiet 600 da 90 euri.
