Crash di sistema blu screen

Sono un paio di giorni che ho problemi con win7-64bit.
Il problema pare non abbia una causa scatenante, ma risulta oltremodo fastidioso.
Dopo i crash di sistema e le schermate blu, il riavvio si presenta anche il problema che non rivela il disco di sistema dove risiede il sistema operativo.
Entrando nel bios, molte volte fatico a far vedere il disco ssd dove ho win.
Ho pensato alla sostituzione della batteria tampone che trattiene le impostazioni date al bios, appena la prendo provo.
Di più nin zò!!!

Sono già tornato con i vecchi driver non beta lo avevo capito anch'io che erano loro ma il problema mi si è ripresentato una volta.

Ho usato il tool che mi hai dato, che dici gli faccio una passata con ccleaner?
 
Niente da fare, ho ancora delle schermate blu e blocchi di sistema.
Mi sà che stasera mi trovo un qualcosa da fare...formatto e reinstallo il sistema operativo, soluzione drastica ma ho dei file della moglie che non posso perdere, stasera metto tutto su hard disk esterno e via.
