I am a civil engineer and have no knowledge of ram laptops, gpu, cpu etc. I bought a Dell laptop last year, I work on that laptop for days and don't turn my laptop off.

And now my laptop has become very slow. One of my friends advised me to upgrade my laptop's RAM. How can I buy ram and upgrade?
