Come installare amsn 0.96

ho disinstallato la 0.95 e adesso in synaptic vedo la 0.97 ma non me la fa installare.

Quando vado a dirgli di installare le dipendenze mi compare questo msg:
Impossibile marcare tutti i pacchetti per l'installazione o l'aggiornamento

I seguenti pacchetti hanno delle dipendenze non risolte.
Assicurarsi di aver aggiunto ed abilitato tutti gli archivi nelle preferenze.

amsn:
Dipende: tlc8.5 ma non sta per essere installato

prima che me lo chiedate vi faccio vedere anche la mia sources.list per intero. Forse l'errore sta proprio lì

possiamo risolverlo il problema?
 
Prova ad installare a mano o via synaptic le dipendenze mancanti:
tlc8.5 , tk8.5 , tile

purtroppo di apt e synaptic non sono troppo pratico, ho sempro usato altri metodi e/o distribuzioni non debian-based
 
Ho scoperto che dipende tutto da tlc8.5. E' l'unico che non si riesce a trovare ed è una dipendenza necessaria sia a tk8.5 che a tile (che invece ci stanno). Tutte le dipendenze di amsn girano attorno a tlc8.5

Edit: Adept lo trova tlc8.5 ma se gli dico di installarlo va in break e lo segnala in rosso (come a dire: non te lo installo manco morto perchè se no incasini tutto) Qui mi serve un ubuntista :rolleyes:

Edit2: tlc8.5 dipende da libc6 2.4-1 e pare che questa versione sia solo per Xen quindi non me la installa. Quindi non mi installa nemmeno tlc, tk, tile. E niente amsn 0.97

Ma com'è possibile che solo io sto riscontrando questi problemi?
 
Svelato l'arcano, ho notato in un tuo post precedente che usi dapper, io pensavo che stessi usando edgy e quindi ti ho dato i repository per edgy.
Allora, sempre editanto sources.list, cancella quei due repository e cambiali con questi che sono per dapper, poi riprova con update e install e dovrebbe andare.

Cosa sto sbagliando?

Edit: Ho avviato synaptic e mi ha tranquillamente installato amsn 0.96 (la cosa strana è che synaptic mi dice 0.96 mentre amsn mi dice 0.97b) quindi il problema del post sarebbe risolto. Solo che adesso ho dei download disponibili che non si possono installare perchè vanno in break e credo che la causa sia quella public key di download.tuxfamily.org che non ho
 
Quando ti dice impossibile ottenere il lock significa che hai sia Synaptic che apt-get da terminale in uso, non puoi usarli contemporaneamente ;)

Con questi due comandi dovresti ottenere la chiave gpg di trevino:

sudo apt-key add -

Per districare la situazione di apt, prova con:

sudo apt-get -f install
 
quando sulla shell do

non mi ritorna più il prompt e se faccio io ctrl-c dice

Ma quando provo ad installare i pacchetti non aggiornati c'è sempre quel odiosissimo break

Sono riuscito ad installare kgpg e ad importare la chiave. Ora però mi sono perso.

Da dove dovrei riprendere?
 
Ma amsn è già stato installato :) adesso ho la 0.97b (avevo detto qualche post che il poblema è risolto ma ho altri aggiornamenti che non vogliono installarsi)
 
beh, se amsn è a posto saltati apt-get install amsn.

per il resto puoi sempre usare synaptic se proprio da riga di comando hai paura di far pasticci, ora cmq puoi provare a vedere se riesci a risolvere qualcuno dei problemi legati agli aggiornamenti di pacchetti seguendo i soliti passi per l'aggiornamento dei sw.
 
Mi spiego meglio. Da quando ho messo quei nuovi repository sono riuscito a mettere amsn aggiornato ma oltre amsn con apt.get update sono venuti fuori altri aggiornamenti (che mi compaiono ad ogni avvio sulla system tray) che non si possono installare perchè vanno in break. La chiave l'ho importata in kgpg, il problema non è più amsn ma questi aggiornamenti

Oltre a quotare airex, saresti così gentile da indicare che repository hai aggiunto?
